We discuss how Smart Hands can best support your business and establish points of contact, access details, and requirements.

  2. 2. Scoping & Quoting

I gather the full scope, confirm the site details, and provide a quote — fixed or time & materials, as appropriate.

  3. 3. On-Site

Work is carried out as agreed, with live photo updates and communication throughout.

  4. 4. Report

A short report summarising what was done, including before-and-after photos and next-step recommendations.

FAQs

Do you supply materials?

Common consumables are usually on hand. Anything unusual can be purchased at cost with pre-approval.

Do you work with other vendors?

Happily. I can be your on-site hands while you manage remotely, or coordinate with third-party installers.

What is RAMS and when is it needed?

RAMS stands for Risk Assessment & Method Statement. Some sites (especially data centres and large offices) require a short document that lists hazards, the controls in place, and the exact steps of the job. If your site needs RAMS, send me their template or requirements and I'll complete it before the visit.

Can you handle larger or more complex jobs?

Yes. For jobs that require multiple people on-site or additional specialist skills, I can bring in trusted sub-contractors to form a multi-man team. This is ideal for large racking projects, site moves, or time-sensitive deployments. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
