Tenant Support

Fast tenant moves with minimal disruption. New desks provisioned, network drops activated, old infrastructure cleared down — scheduled around your tenants.

Tenant-disrupting work scheduled before they arrive or after they leave. Same rate at 6am as at 2pm — no out-of-hours premium to justify rushing the job.

FAQs

Common questions from co-working space operators

Can you work around tenant schedules?

Yes. We schedule around your tenants — early mornings, evenings, weekends, or quiet periods. Same rate regardless of time or day.

What's the contract structure — per-job or retainer?

Both. Pay-as-you-go is the default — you raise Work Orders when you need us and we invoice per job, no minimum commitment. For spaces with regular infrastructure needs, we also offer retainer plans with a monthly allowance of services at lower rates. Speak to your account manager for details.

Do you handle both networking and physical infrastructure?

Yes — cabling, patching, switch replacements, comms cabinet work, access point installs, and tenant provisioning. If it's in or connected to your comms cabinet, we handle it.

What documentation do we get after a visit?

Post-visit reports with photos, GPS-verified time on-site, and any recommendations — all logged in your portal. You'll know exactly what was done without needing to be there.

How do you handle parts and materials?

Through Materials Orders in the Smart Hands Portal — entirely separate from Work Orders. You specify what you need, we source and supply it. Delivery direct to your space, or to Smart Hands for use in a future Work Order.
