§ 01 · Services

Out, across, in, verified.

The migration broken into stages you can sign off one at a time.

§ 02 · Common runs

Short hops, all of them.

Manchester's facilities sit in clusters minutes apart — migrations here are short drives, not logistics projects.

§ 03 · Pricing

One rate. No surprises.

Hourly with a Not To Exceed cap — you approve the estimate before anything moves.

Every estimate carries a Not To Exceed cap — if a job looks like it'll pass it, we pause and ask first. Full detail at billing explained.

§ 04 · FAQs

Straight answers.

Can you do the move overnight to limit downtime?

Yes, and it costs nothing extra — there's no out-of-hours premium, so a Friday-night decommission and Saturday re-rack runs at the same flat £95/hour.

Who physically transports the kit?

For rack-scale moves, we do — packed properly and carried between facilities, with our insurance covering the work. For very large multi-rack migrations we'll work alongside specialist DC movers and handle the technical ends.

How do you make sure everything comes back up?

The pre-move audit is the insurance: every cable and port is labelled and photographed before disconnection, and power-up runs against that map with your team live on a call. Discrepancies surface immediately, not Monday morning.

What if the source and destination windows don't line up?

We stage through our Salford warehouse — decommission when the old facility wants you out, store securely, install when the new cage is ready.
