No. Work is booked per job as Work Orders, billed in whole hours per engineer. Retainers exist for teams with steady work who want to lock in better rates, but they're optional.
Yes. £95/hour at 2am on a Sunday is the same £95/hour as 2pm on a Tuesday. No premium, no call-out fee.
