If two engineers attend for an hour, that's 2 hours off your allowance. The retainer caps total billable hours, not on-site duration.
Lite is 3 months, Plus is 6, Pro is 12. After that, it's monthly rolling — cancel or change tier any month with reasonable notice.
Parking and tolls are charged at cost where applicable. Spare parts pulled from your Smart Hands Warehouse are billed separately. No VAT on any of it.
